De oplossing van Frederike was zowel eenvoudig, als goedkoop en vereiste geen enkele bouwkundige aanpassing: een draagbaar opstapje van een halve traptree hoog om makkelijker de trap op te gaan. Dit is een draagbare variant van de bestaande 'Tussentreden' die op de treden van een trap bevestigd worden. Frederike wil echter iets maken dat niet alleen sommige trappen begaanbaar maakt, maar waar ze overal mee kan komen. Frederike werkte een idee dat al in de jaren 70 bedacht was door Marjan Stomph uit tot een aan- en af-klikbare trede die je in je boodschappen tas altijd bij je kan steken.

In de workshop Help Yourself/ Make Health nemen de deelnemers zelf het heft in handen om de kwaliteit van hun leven te verbeteren. Hier worden ideeën ontwikkeld.
